Big Sky Running Privacy Policy

Big Sky Running – “we”, “us”, “our”.
This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation, and any subsequent data protection legislation, the data controller is Big Sky.
Information you give us
You may give us information when you fill in a form on our website – this may include name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include in a free-form message box.
You may also give us further information when completing a runner questionnaire, or when communicating with us.
We do not hold any other data relating to you apart from information that relates directly to your coaching or guided run with Big Sky Running, of which you have informed us.
You have the right to ask about any information we may hold about you.
We do not hold any financial information about you.
Information we collect about you
Through use of website tracking, and by visiting our website, we may automatically collect the following information:
Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; and
Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used for the purposes of delivering your orders.
Any such data is collected purely for the purposes of improving our website and service offering.
Third parties
We will never give your data to third parties except where discussed and where you’ve given explicit consent.
Big Sky Running Strava Club
You may join the Big Sky Running Club on Strava to assist in your coaching. By joining the group you agree that other Big Sky clients will be able to see your uploaded activities. You may leave the Club at any time.
Media,Video and Photos
Big Sky Running Guided runs are recorded on video media for the purposes of your and our security and protection.
We may use video and photo media for promotional purposes unless you indicate otherwise.
Emails
You will only receive emails (marketing or personal) from us where you’ve explicitly opted-in to do so. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or request no further contact at any point.
Your legal rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your information.
Request access to your personal data (known as a “data subject access request”)
Request correction of your personal data where there is incomplete or inaccurate information.
Request erasure of your information where there is no good reason for us to be processing your information, or where you have successfully exercise your right to object to processing of information.
Object to processing of your information where we are relying on legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and you believe this impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. (Note, we may have compelling legitimate grounds to process information which override your rights and freedoms).
Request restriction of processing your information in the following circumstances: (a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of your information; (b) where our use of the information is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the information even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (d) you have objected to our use of your information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it.
