Face-to-face personal training sessions with an expert, friendly Running Coach.

Dependent on your requirements covering areas such as:

- Introducing you to running

- Running form

- Speed

- Drills

- Pacing

- Building endurance and stamina

- Recovery

- Returning to running after injury

Importantly each session is friendly, achievable and focused on you.


One to One sessions can be integrated into your Big Sky online coaching. Why not have the coach along on one of your planned sessions for extra motivation?
